“We're usually pretty good"- Whistling Kettle

Whistling Kettle is known in Victoria as a improvisational theatre group with a social justice bent. Their completely improvised, awe-inspiring shows are often all-at-once poignant, hilarious, honest and wonderfully silly. Performances often escalate into a full-on improvised musical.

Steeped in Victoria's arts and activist movements, the group is run as a collective - all members participate in decision-making - and this comes across on stage as dynamic, unique group work, based in honesty, exploration and love.

What do we do?
